Established in 1984. The Lobster Boat Restaurant is locally owned and operated by the Workinger family - Big Ben and his two sons, Ben Jr. And Jon. Our goal is to offer you a brief respite from the day-to-day as you enjoy a taste of the best seafood New England has to offer while relaxing and letting our exceptional staff take care of you. Delicious. high quality seafood in a clean, cheery environment at affordable prices - what more could you ask for? The scallop plate and onion rings are fried perfection. It is not an easy feat to please someone from the Boston area, but they exceeded my expectations! I stop by anytime I'm in the area, or purposefully meet friends or family for lunch. Great restaurant!

Food was good and service is excellent. Good seafood option as name suggests. They have takeout window and based on the menu you can get food quickly. They have good discount for seniors. This is a local chain restaurant.

Clam chowder was good. Onion rings and scallops were good. Whole belly clams were small.Shrimp tasted frozen. The coleslaw was gross. It tasted sour. I asked the waitress if I could another one and she stated " I don't know when this was made, I will check" When she came back with another one she stated, " this one was made today". What? It didn't matter because the " fresh" one was still gross.
